Shipping costs are €6 in France and Luxembourg, and €10 for other European countries. Orders over €50 benefit from free shipping.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. In case of a printing issue, please contact us via email with photos of the obvious defects within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess each situation individually and proceed with a new shipment if the defect is our responsibility.
